As a Leadership Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Learning and Performance Professional, I am dedicated to enabling others to be at their very best and to improve the way we interact with one another in the workplace.
My passion and curiosity centres around supporting individuals and teams to discover themselves, optimise their strengths, develop their behaviours and improve their relationships, enabling them to flourish. My honesty, openness and fair approach underpin my conduct, in both my work and personal life.
Working in leadership development, I have used my research into sustainable leadership to build programmes with health and wellbeing at their core, helping leaders to build organisational and team cultures that provide safe places for people to engage, learn, develop, perform, succeed and be happy, and ultimately deliver improved and sustainable results.
I have held senior HR and L&D leadership positions in the UK and France in complex multi-national organisations, and was involved in the latest research project with Megan Reitz, Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Ashridge Executive Education – part of Hult International Business School (Thinkers50 radar of global business thinkers), and Michael Chaskalson, examining the positive impact mindfulness can have on leadership effectiveness.
I am a credentialed Leadership and Team Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), an accredited Career Coach and skilled Facilitator, and licensed to utilise a range of psychometric instruments to support an improved understanding of self; including Insights Discovery, MBTI, Core Strengths (SDI 2.0). With Chartered membership of the CIPD and, as a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, I have access to a wide range of resources that can be tailored for your particular needs and used to enrich a development programme.
My goal now is twofold:
I have therefore established CoDevelopYou to work collaboratively with selected partners (organisations, teams and individuals) enabling achievement of my client's objectives.
I have worked with Natalie, for a number of years, on a highly innovative and impactful program for Saint-Gobain - Fit2Lead. Natalie designed a thoughtful, highly relevant and very powerful learning journey for the participants, focusing on physical and mental health. I know, from speaking to participants, that their learning on the program was literally life changing - often at a personal as well as professional level. It was always a pleasure to work with Natalie and her team, to be part of a program that had health and compassion at work at the heart, and for it to be seen as so strategically important in the organisation - that was, I am sure, down to Natalie, and her passion for the program and the content.
I can honestly say Natalie is the best L&D professional I have come across in many years of my HR career. First, she is a natural innovator - scanning horizons, suggesting and implementing new tools, providing customised creative solutions. Second, she is a real energy generator - Natalie can make things happen, working hard herself, but most importantly, inspiring others to act. Her enthusiasm is infectious, her project management and organisation skills are at the highest level. These two strengths - innovative thinking and energy in implementation - ensure all Natalie's L&D programmes are of the highest quality and delivered on time. Natalies third strength - leadership, coupled with business understanding and solid HR experience - allowed her to go beyond just producing L&D programmes. She can help a business to build a highly relevant people development strategy and ensure practical steps are taken in order to make it a reality.
As part of my continued development, I wanted to work with Natalie to draw on her business knowledge and in particular her coaching expertise. With the business growing and my role as Commercial Director becoming more challenging, I thought this was the right time to receive some support in how I could face these challenges head on.
Natalie helped me identify where I could make minor adjustments that have already made a significant difference in a relatively short space of time. Communication has been the main area of improvement ............. Natalie has a very warm and caring style, which immediately made me feel very comfortable. It's an engaging 90 minutes where I did most of the talking, with challenge and support from Natalie, which made me think in ways I hadn't done before.
I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone wanting to make subtle changes to the way they work, I fully appreciate everything she has done for me over the past 3 - 4 months, I can't thank her enough.
Natalie stimulated fresh thinking; asked intelligent questions, making others think; she challenged, enquired to understand the detail, brought in the information about new technologies or more modern ways of doing things; she made things happen! Natalie was able to reshape the project and infect people with her ‘energy’ and ‘can do’ attitude, stretching their ambition. The value she added was absolutely palpable - things moved, people got enthusiastic, there was much more clarity for all involved parties within a short time. The results were also tangible, with projects and programmes completed, but also a change of culture towards more energy, innovation, and responsibility.
I have had the great pleasure of working for and with Natalie for the past ten years, consistently finding her inspirational and passionate to work alongside. Her innovative and creative approach to learning and development resulted in powerful, leading edge programmes, bringing the world of virtual learning and wellbeing into a practical and innovative space, which she encouraged and enabled leaders at all levels in the business to engage with. Bright and enthusiastic, creative and always at the forefront of the research in her profession of learning, development, coaching and HR, Natalie is a pleasure to work with and a fabulous asset to our profession.
I had the privilege of working with Natalie to develop the Saint-Gobain in-house career coaching programme. Natalie demonstrated passion, commitment and drive in setting up and maintaining a successful adjunct to HR policy which enabled employees to take control of their career and development. She ran the service with a high degree of professionalism, honesty and focus. She is someone not afraid of innovation and her energy is infectious.
I always thought that a Career Coach was someone for other people. I heard more and more reference to coaching sessions, so I plucked up the courage to see how it could help me.
Natalie was welcoming and set me at ease from the very beginning. The thought provoking conversations and tools used during the sessions, really helped me get to the bottom of what I wanted for my career and how I perceived myself professionally.
With Natalie’s guidance, small meaningful changes and exercises, my confidence has grown and I have clear direction for my career.
Absolutely phenomenal! I have learnt so much over the past 2 days and feel excited about trying new approaches to virtual training & meetings - Exceptional!
The impact on my personal and professional life has been phenomenal, and we’ve only just begun. Not only have our sessions refocused me, helped me regain my passion and goals, but they’ve also been responsible for me regaining confidence in myself and lifted me out of a place that I wasn’t happy in being.
Let's set up a virtual meeting via a video call.
