About Sam

Sam is an experienced Occupational Psychologist, Executive Coach and L&D Professional who helps leaders and teams navigate change through learning solutions that engage, challenge and drive meaningful results. She also volunteers with a local charity supporting people through bereavement and isolation.

With over 30 years’ experience in the UK, New Zealand and Asia Pacific, Sam has worked across industries on talent programmes from graduate to senior leader level. She’s skilled in psychometrics, known for her fair, objective approach, and passionate about the ripple effect of thriving leaders on team and business performance.

Sam’s credentials

A Chartered Psychologist (AFBPsS) and ACC ICF Coach, Sam holds an MSc in Applied Psychology and a PGCert in Coaching. She’s BPS Level A & B qualified, an Insights Discovery and Lumina Spark Practitioner, and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
