Featured in the People Management Journal, showcased at 'HR Tech', and explored by the European Parliament as potential development for BREXIT negotiators, this ground-breaking leadership development programme enables business leaders to build and foster a culture of wellbeing. A core foundation to any wellbeing strategy, this programme educates through the science of health and wellness, enables individual exploration through a personal journey of physical and psychological wellbeing and equips with knowledge, resources, tools and behaviours, leaving participants inspired, engaged and committed to creating the very best environment for themselves, their colleagues, teams and the business.
Utilising strong internal consultancy skills, a design thinking methodology and customer journey mapping to define the need and identify opportunities for improvement, I lead a cross-business, international project team to collaboratively build a digital learning and management resource hub, designed as a toolkit for both general management and HR professionals.
Through the deployment of an internal career coaching service within a blue-chip construction firm, we achieved measurable impact on engagement, career development and retention. 81% of those coached reported a positive impact on their engagement, 32% had at least 1 subsequent positive career move, and 74% reported it had materially impacted their decision to remain with the organisation.
Championing the move to a hybrid social learning model, I built a collaborative L&D community for the UK & Ireland and equipped L&D teams and external training partners with the skills and tools to build virtual learning pathways that enabled a learner led approach, customer centricity, more flexibility and more impactful learning. Using the CrossKnowledge BlendedX and Learning Channel functionality, programmes were accessible via mobile apps, laptops or PCs at a time, place and pace that learners could accommodate.
Let's meet virtually through a video call.
