Thank you Natalie for your enlightening, practical and thought provoking workshop “Developing the skills for virtual learning success”. It is a real challenge to take learning materials and re-design them for the virtual classroom but your workshop provided me with the guidance I needed to overhaul our presentations, plan our working groups and most importantly to engage virtually with our international group of participants. The feedback we received after we delivered our first session confirmed that it had been engaging, inspiring, well prepared and well structured. Natalie stimulated fresh thinking; asked intelligent questions, making others think; she challenged, enquired to understand the detail, brought in the information about new technologies or more modern ways of doing things; she made things happen! Natalie was able to reshape the project and infect people with her ‘energy’ and ‘can do’ attitude, stretching their ambition. The value she added was absolutely palpable - things moved, people got enthusiastic, there was much more clarity for all involved parties within a short time. The results were also tangible, with projects and programmes completed, but also a change of culture towards more energy, innovation, and responsibility.

I have worked with Natalie, for a number of years, on a highly innovative and impactful program for Saint-Gobain - Fit2Lead. Natalie designed a thoughtful, highly relevant and very powerful learning journey for the participants, focusing on physical and mental health. I know, from speaking to participants, that their learning on the program was literally life changing - often at a personal as well as professional level.
