Natalie is an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Development Professional and Skilled Facilitator, who strives to enable individuals and teams to be their best selves and achieve their goals.
Throughout her career, Natalie has been privileged to have some great coaching herself; experiencing first hand the impact this has had on her own professional and personal development and life transitions.
She established CoDevelopYou in early 2020, as the global pandemic was starting and the UK about to go into its first lockdown. This presented a great opportunity to reach out to businesses and support them as they transitioned to virtual working, helping leaders to develop and adopt new behaviours and ways of working.
Natalie also works as a volunteer Education Mentor with the Princes Trust, where she facilitates and supports groups of children and young people as they participate in a range of activities to unlock their potential and feel motivated about their future.
Throughout her 30+ year career in HR and Leadership Development across global organisations, Natalie has enabled individuals and teams to improve their performance. Working with multi-national, multi-cultural, UK centric and remote teams, she has helped people to build their understanding of self and each other, face into their challenges, overcome limiting beliefs and establish behaviours that have shifted performance, improved their sense of belonging and set them up for sustained success.
Her experience of leadership coaching, coupled with her proven track record in implementing and sustaining impactful people development and talent programmes, now enables her to work with clients across a range of organisational settings and industry sectors, to unlock potential and support leaders to develop inclusive business cultures that enable improved effectiveness.
Natalie is a Professional Certified Leadership Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and holds an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Team Coaching Quality Award and is currently on her own learning journey with Systemic Coaching and Constellations. She has a PGC in Career and Talent Management from Kingston University and is licensed to utilise a range of psychometric instruments to support an improved understanding of self and others; including Insights Discovery, MBTI, Core Strengths (SDI 2.0). With Chartered membership of the CIPD and, as a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, she has access to a wide range of resources that can be tailored for your particular needs and used to enrich your bespoke development programme.

Nigel loves spending time with individuals and teams, challenging and supporting them in equal measure, to be the best version of themselves. He is passionate about helping people to understand the difference between connecting and communicating and that it is better to ’treat people the way they want to be treated’ rather than 'treat people the way you want to be treated’. Helping people to understand their preferences and how they need to adapt and flex their behaviours for every individual and situation is what drives him.
Having spent a long career leading large teams with some of the country’s major retail brands he is now using the experience and knowledge gained to help leaders to embrace change, recognise & overcome obstacles, and build highly effective teams.
He is an experienced speaker, coach, facilitator and an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner.
