Natalie is an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Development Professional and Skilled Facilitator, who strives to enable individuals and teams to be their best selves and achieve their goals.
Throughout her career, Natalie has been privileged to have some great coaching herself; experiencing first hand the impact this has had on her own professional and personal development and life transitions.
She established CoDevelopYou in early 2020, as the global pandemic was starting and the UK about to go into its first lockdown. This presented a great opportunity to reach out to businesses and support them as they transitioned to virtual working, helping leaders to develop and adopt new behaviours and ways of working.
Natalie also works as a volunteer Education Mentor with the Princes Trust, where she facilitates and supports groups of children and young people as they participate in a range of activities to unlock their potential and feel motivated about their future.
Throughout her 30+ year career in HR and Leadership Development across global organisations, Natalie has enabled individuals and teams to improve their performance. Working with multi-national, multi-cultural, UK centric and remote teams, she has helped people to build their understanding of self and each other, face into their challenges, overcome limiting beliefs and establish behaviours that have shifted performance, improved their sense of belonging and set them up for sustained success.
Her experience of leadership coaching, coupled with her proven track record in implementing and sustaining impactful people development and talent programmes, now enables her to work with clients across a range of organisational settings and industry sectors, to unlock potential and support leaders to develop inclusive business cultures that enable improved effectiveness.
Natalie is a Professional Certified Leadership Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and holds an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Team Coaching Quality Award. She has a PGC in Career and Talent Management from Kingston University and is licensed to utilise a range of psychometric instruments to support an improved understanding of self and others; including Insights Discovery, MBTI, Core Strengths (SDI 2.0). With Chartered membership of the CIPD and, as a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, she has access to a wide range of resources that can be tailored for your particular needs and used to enrich your bespoke development programme.

Cate Gregory comes from a marketing background where she spent over 20 years in senior positions. She entered this industry by a fascination with the human mind, motivation, psychology, personal development and efficiency, and using this deep understanding to become a professional coach.
She has experienced first-hand how coaching helped her to overcome self-limiting beliefs and a lack of confidence, enabling her to rise to the top. After years as a member of various executive and senior leadership teams she decided to follow her passion and train as a coach.
Cate helps those she coaches to develop their emotional intelligence, raising both their self-awareness and their awareness of others. Her optimistic outlook is infectious, and she helps her
clients to identify and develop their strengths, reignite their passion and attain the changes they desire. She works with clients on a one-to-one and team basis. She helps them to explore their values, purpose and place within the system in which they operate. Helping them to establish realistic goals and supporting them to achieve them.
Her specialism is supporting ambitious, talented women (often in male-dominated industries) who have hit the glass ceiling, working with them to attain self awareness, confidence and providing the tools to smash through it - helping them to raise their profile and lead confidently in their own authentic style.
Cate works with a wide variety of individuals and teams and there are often common themes; One is the accidental leader who is excellent at their work and gets promoted only to find that leading a team is not quite a simple as they thought. Cate accompanies them on the journey to find their leadership mojo.
Nigel loves spending time with individuals and teams, challenging and supporting them in equal measure, to be the best version of themselves. He is passionate about helping people to understand the difference between connecting and communicating and that it is better to ’treat people the way they want to be treated’ rather than 'treat people the way you want to be treated’. Helping people to understand their preferences and how they need to adapt and flex their behaviours for every individual and situation is what drives him.
Having spent a long career leading large teams with some of the country’s major retail brands he is now using the experience and knowledge gained to help leaders to embrace change, recognise & overcome obstacles, and build highly effective teams.
He is an experienced speaker, coach, facilitator and an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner. He has worked with teams all over the world including USA, Mexico, Singapore, Germany, Belgium and Czech Republic. In addition he has worked with a number of charities and is currently chair of Sing Inside that provides singing workshops in prison to inspire hope, increase confidence and build communities.
